Q,Can I use a credit card?
Yes, you can. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and China UnionPay. You can also use Apple Pay.
Q,What time is check-in and check-out?
Generally, check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. As these times vary according to the accommodation plan, please verify the details of your plan.
Q,Can I check my bags?
We can hold your bags from the day before check-in until the day of check-out.
Q,Can my pet stay as well?
We apologize, but pets are not allowed at the inn.
Q,Can I use your bathing facilities if I’m not staying at Airinkan?
Yes, you can. Non-staying guests can use our bathing facilities between 10:30 AM and 7 PM.
Q,What time is dinner?
Dinner is from 6 PM to 9 PM, and the final starting time is 7:45 PM.
Q,What time is breakfast?
We serve breakfast from 7 AM to 9:30 AM, and last entry is 9 AM.
Q,I have a food allergy. Can you accommodate me?
Please let us know at the time of your reservation, or at least three days prior to your stay via our contact form.
Q,Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation fees apply from 14 days prior to your booking.
Q,Is there a vending machine?
A. Yes, we have vending machines serving drinks and other items.
Q,Can I connect to the internet?
We have free Wi-Fi service in all guest rooms and throughout the inn. You can use this service with your smartphone, tablet, or wireless LAN equipped personal computer.
We ask guests to handle their wireless LAN connection settings themselves.
Q,Do you offer a transfer service?
We have a shuttle bus that services Hanamaki and Shin-Hanamaki Stations. Be aware that it runs on a fixed schedule.
We are unable to offer pick-up / drop-off at other times or by other means.
Q,Do you have staff members who can speak my language?
Our front desk staff can speak English.
